I am a Building Surveyor with more than six years’ experience working across commercial, residential, and public-sector buildings. My work includes detailed defect identification, condition assessments, long‑term maintenance planning, and developing practical remedial scopes that support robust building performance. I have strong experience delivering large-scale inspection programmes and clear technical reporting for complex portfolios, including work involving expert evidence and dispute-related analysis. I regularly undertake construction monitoring on active sites, providing practical advice to support quality, compliance, and effective project delivery.
My ongoing professional development includes NZIBS core training modules, health and safety training such as asbestos awareness, safety harness systems and working at height, St John First Aid (Level 1), and the RICS Professional Ethics Certificate.
Clients appreciate my systematic approach and attention to detail. I’m committed to producing clear, balanced advice, and building positive working relationships to help clients make informed, confident decisions about their buildings.
